2. Which data do we process?
Depending on your contact with us, we may process the following data:
- Contact and quote details: name, email address, phone number, postcode and town, and the description you fill in yourself.
- Project details: address of the work location, agreements, scheduling, photos of the work and any correspondence.
- Administrative details: invoicing address, bank account number and payment details once an order is placed.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details are briefly recorded in server logs by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data and do not knowingly process them.
3. What do we use your data for?
- To answer your request and schedule an appointment for a site survey.
- To draw up a quote and discuss it with you.
- To carry out and schedule the agreed work.
- To invoice and maintain our administration.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as the statutory retention period for tax records.
- To show photos of completed work as a reference, if you give permission.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and never sell it on.
4. On what legal basis?
- Performance of a contract — for quotes, scheduling, execution and invoicing.
- Legal obligation — for our tax and administrative retention duties.
- Legitimate interest — for answering questions, securing our website and handling a dispute.
- Consent — for example to publish photos of your project. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

6. Who do we share data with?
We only share your data where necessary, and never more than necessary. This may involve:
- our hosting provider, which technically enables the website and email;
- our bookkeeper or accountancy firm;
- suppliers or specialist partners involved in your project, strictly limited to the data they need;
- authorities to which we are legally obliged to provide data.
We conclude a data processing agreement with parties that process data on our behalf. We store your data within the European Economic Area. Should that be different in a specific case, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS), access to our systems is limited to staff who need the data, and devices are password protected. 9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data erased, insofar as we are not legally required to keep it;
- have processing restricted;
