Good to know
Is a quote really free and without obligation?
Yes. We visit free of charge for an on-site survey, discuss your wishes and then send an itemised quote. You are not committed to anything.
How quickly can you start?
That depends on the size of the job and our schedule. Smaller jobs such as plastering or painting can often be scheduled within a few weeks. During the survey we give you a realistic indication straight away.
Do you supply the materials as well?
If you want us to, yes. We advise on material choice, order everything and include the costs transparently in the quote. You are also free to pick your own tiles or sanitary ware — we will install them.
Do I get one price for the whole project?
Yes. Because we carry out the strip-out, pipework, tiling, plastering and finishing ourselves, you receive one itemised quote for the complete job. Any additional work is always discussed in advance and confirmed in writing.
What does VCA VOL mean?
VCA VOL stands for Safety for Operational Supervisors. It is the Dutch certificate for safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work on site. More and more clients require it — with us it is simply in order.
Do you also work for landlords and homeowner associations?
Certainly. We regularly handle turnover maintenance, refurbishments between tenants and maintenance of communal areas. Get in touch to discuss the options.
